Job summary

The position offers a starting hourly rate of £13.89, increasing after 6 months to £14.67, with Monday to Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or contact centre.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, professional and confident approach.
• Good attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Calm and helpful when dealing with challenging queries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and online.
