Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Advisor in Bournemouth. You will be the first point of contact for service users, families and health providers, ensuring correct products are delivered and installed to the client on time and to specification.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, manage delivery rounds, keep records up to date, and respond to emails and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a customer service focussed role within a similar industry is desirable.
• IT and Microsoft Office proficient

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with service users and families
• Booking delivery rounds for Technicians and Service Engineers
• Ensuring client and delivery details are correct and up to date
• Relaying requirements to technicians and warehouse for emergency jobs
• Answering emails, queries and complaints within agreed timeframes
• Assessing Technician workload to ensure balanced daily schedules
• Demonstrating empathy, patience and calm under pressure
