Cottsway Housing Association is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Customer Services Team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of enquiries and delivering an excellent service every time.

You will respond primarily by telephone, email, letters and online, manage feedback, investigate complaints and strive for positive resolutions while maintaining a calm and professional manner. A DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volume enquiries and maintain professionalism.
