Monday - Thursday 08 : 30-17 : 00 Friday 08 : 30-16 : 30

Band 5 (SCP14 - 18) 29540 - 31537 per annum

Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council have an exciting opportunity for the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor. Our Customer Services team handle all contact into both Councils via multiple channels and offer an excellent first point of contact for our customers.

This post will be required to work at both councils premises at Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council. You may reasonably be required to work at any other of the Councils premises as required to meet the needs of the service.
