Responsibilities
  • Deliver great customer service in a retail and servicing environment, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
  • Work on customers' vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store to wow every customer.
  • Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently while maintaining market-leading standards of service.
  • Collaborate with the team to tailor approaches in a customer-focused sales environment.
  • Operate as part of a rota, including weekends, to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
Preferred
  • Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
  • Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
