Job Title:
Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet (Full Time)

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and achieving excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop your team to maintain high standards and deliver excellent service.
  • Plan and manage shifts to ensure adequate coverage and team engagement.
