Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team to perform at their best while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
  • Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper coverage
  • Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
