The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience in shift planning and managing team coverage, with a love for coaching on the go
