The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

  • Passion for supporting your team, focusing on training and development to maintain high standards
  • Experience in running and planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, with a love for coaching on the go
  • Experience in managing labour and rotas, with understanding of financial performance
