Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The role |

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and your team. You will support and coach your team to excel, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting your team through training and development to maintain high standards
  • Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper coverage and team engagement
  • Managing labour and rotas, understanding financial performance
  • Celebrating success and recognizing individual contributions
