The Role |

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
• Understands managing labour, rotas, and the financial performance of the restaurant
• Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
