The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts, and driving restaurant performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
