Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support and develop your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
  • Has experience in shift planning and management, with a love for coaching on the go
  • Has experience in managing labour, rotas, and understands restaurant financials
