Front of House Manager | Location York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards.
  • Has experience in shift planning and running operations smoothly.
  • Understands managing labor, rotas, and financial performance.
