Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202, St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and develop your team to maintain high standards and achieve their potential.
  • Plan and manage shifts to ensure proper staffing levels, coaching team members during service.
  • Manage labor and rotas, understanding the financial performance of the restaurant.
