Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
  • Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper coverage and team coaching
  • Managing labour, rotas, and understanding the financial performance of the restaurant
  • Celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
