Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202, St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
  • Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring proper staffing and team coaching
  • Has experience managing labour, rotas, and understands restaurant financial performance
