The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team to reach their potential while maintaining high standards.
  • Plan and manage shifts effectively to ensure proper staffing and team engagement.
  • Manage labour, rotas, and understand the financial performance of the restaurant.
  • Celebrate successes and recognize individual contributions.
