Front of House Manager | Location York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team to maintain high standards.
  • Plan and run shifts effectively, ensuring proper coverage.
  • Manage labour, rotas, and understand the financial performance of the restaurant.
  • Celebrate success, recognize individual drives and needs.
