The Role:

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
• Has experience in managing labour, rotas, and understands restaurant financials
