Responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the front of house team to deliver exceptional service
• Supporting team training and development to foster a positive work environment
• Managing shift planning, staffing, and operational tasks
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
• Supporting financial performance monitoring and cost control
