Qualifikationen

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience supervising or managing a team is beneficial.
• Practical experience in retail is required.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Ensuring team are trained in cash handling to minimise losses.
• Control debt and recover overdue or failed payments from customers.
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll records.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and improve service and satisfaction.
• Liaise with other department Supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
• Manage a team of customer-focused individuals at reception and checkout.
