Responsibilities

• Lead a team of over 40 colleagues and support store management as Duty Manager.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
• Train staff in cash handling to minimise losses.
• Manage debt recovery and oversee payments.
• Maintain payroll records accurately and timely.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and use feedback to improve service.
• Coordinate with department Supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
• Oversee reception and checkout areas to ensure smooth operations.
