Salary: £25,396.80 basic + great Commission (£27,800 OTE)

We are recruiting for a well‐established business with a fun, friendly team looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor. With a generous commission scheme, this role blends customer service and sales, handling inbound calls and live chat enquiries.

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers via live chat

• Process amendments and cancellations for existing bookings

• Great phone manner
• Availability Monday – Friday (9 am – 5.30 pm or 10.30 am – 7 pm), plus one in three Saturdays (9 am – 5 pm)
