Customer Service Representative-Welshpool

Join our high-performing, close-knit team at ourWelshpool branch. In this role, you'll work together with both our Sales and Operations teams to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, positive experience withMidalia Steel.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday

Working Hours- 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities include:

• Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
• Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s
• Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers

You’re a collaborative team player with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Energetic and driven, you excel in fast-paced environments and take pride in finding effective solutions to meet customer needs.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in customer service and or sales administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
• Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
