Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Gloucester is seeking two Customer Service Advisors on a 3-month temporary basis to support a busy team during peak trading. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with a salary of £28,000 pro rata.

You will handle inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high standard of customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues where required.
