Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial is seeking two Customer Service Advisors for a busy Gloucester site on a 3‑month temporary basis. The role is office‑based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, supporting a team through a peak trading period and providing professional customer service across multiple channels.

You will handle enquiries, resolve issues and maintain accurate records while working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Process customer requests and update internal systems accurately.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues where required.
• Ensure customers are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
• Support the wider customer service team during peak trading periods.
