Job summary

Confidential in Gloucester is seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor to support the Black Friday and Christmas peak. You will handle enquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering friendly and professional service from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The role starts Monday 9 November and runs until Christmas, with £13.50 per hour and weekly pay. The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, remains calm under pressure and enjoys helping customers across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Resilient, competent and confident communication with customers.
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.
• Assisting with product queries, delivery updates and general customer questions.
• Providing a friendly, professional and helpful customer experience.
• Managing a varied workload during busy periods.
• Communicating effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve queries.
