Job summary

RE Recruitment is partnering with a growing client in Cheltenham to hire a Customer Service Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, and ensuring orders move smoothly from placement to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience, a confident telephone manner, strong organisation and communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers via inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Accurately processing and managing orders through internal systems from placement to delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and returns in a timely, solutions-focused manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams, couriers and suppliers to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Keep customers informed throughout the order journey.
