Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or similar office role.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from enquiry to completion.
• Act as key contact for customers, provide updates and resolve queries.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to progress orders smoothly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and use Excel to manage, analyse and report on order information.
• Use Sage for order processing and general customer administration.
• Monitor deliveries and support issue/delay resolution.
