Job summary

Aspiring Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service & Order Processor in Altrincham. This role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, fully office based, and involves handling orders from sale through to delivery and invoicing.

You will liaise with customers, sales, warehouse, procurement and finance to ensure accurate order fulfilment and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in order processing and customer services.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Experience managing multiple orders.
Confidence communicating with customers by email and phone.
A proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience working across departments.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally an ERP system such as SAP.

Responsibilities

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitoring order progress and keeping customers updated.
Coordinating with warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Raising invoices and credit notes.
Managing customer enquiries via email and telephone.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
Resolving queries and issues quickly and professionally.
