Job summary

Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham is seeking a proactive Customer Service Co-Ordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will oversee the order-to-despatch journey across UK, ROI and Services orders.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain order accuracy, resolve enquiries, manage backlog and support operational performance through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing or support.
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solving and issue resolution.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Power BI is advantageous.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset and service excellence.
• Experience with export, ROI or service-related orders is beneficial.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately within SLAs.
• Validate purchase orders including codes, quantities, pricing and deliverys.
• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email with timely support.
• Keep customers informed of order status and actions.
• Maintain order data using ERP systems and Power BI.
• Resolve overdue/ageing orders for smooth progression.
• Complete order lifecycle administration and shipment updates.
• Support backlog reduction and accurate delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Care and Scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Maintain high accuracy to minimise errors and credits.
