Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Confident on the phone and builds rapport quickly.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Excited by AI and new technology.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer communication – Answering phones, responding to emails and giving customers clear, friendly and helpful support.
• Order management – Processing orders accurately in our ERP system, taking payments, tracking deliveries and ensuring on-time, complete deliveries.
• Issue resolution – Handling queries, complaints, damages and returns with a no-quibble mindset.
• Delivery coordination – Working with couriers, suppliers and warehouse team to keep things running smoothly.
• Front-foot service – Keeping customers updated and proactive communication.
• AI-enabled working – Embracing AI in daily work and adopting new tools.
• Continuous improvement – Spotting ways to simplify and improve.
• Wider team support – Sharing knowledge across the department and helping where needed.
• Dynamic support – Assisting with small quote changes or price adjustments to close orders.
