A leading ethical bank in Rochdale is seeking a Customer Service Officer to enhance customer experience. This role entails managing customer inquiries both in-person and digitally. Ideal candidates should have background in customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week. Monday-Friday
