About the role:

Here' an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team in Welshpool. This role is Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, daily (38 hours per week).

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
  • Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
  • Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions.
  • Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.
