A growing business in customer service located in Sheffield is looking for a Customer Service Manager. This role involves leading the Customer Experience team, overseeing regional claims management, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates will have a background in Insurance or similar industries and strong leadership skills. This position offers a salary of £30,723 plus a potential bonus, with additional perks including 28 days of holiday and a workplace pension scheme.

Location : Sheffield, S4 | Driver required for this position – preference for candidates living locally
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week) | 1 / 2 hr lunch
Training : Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield - 2 weeks | all expenses paid
