Job summary

Warwick hiring location: Leamington Spa area; Brellis Recruitment Ltd partners with a manufacturing business seeking a Customer Service Executive. This fully office-based role operates five days a week, 8am to 5pm, with a one‑hour lunch.

You will be the main contact for a portfolio of smaller accounts, guiding them from quote through to delivery. The role blends customer support with internal sales administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support or internal sales.
• Comfortable using ERP/order management systems and MS Office.
• Clear communicator who explains technical information simply.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through online ordering platforms.
• Create and follow up quotes and convert them to manufacturing orders.
• Manage order documentation from PO to delivery and shipping.
• Coordinate between customers and production/logistics and update timelines.
• Handle day-to-day queries by email and chat and troubleshoot as needed.
• Process and check invoices with freight and logistics partners.
• Generate new leads and support the sales team with enquiries.
• Log and progress complaints to resolution.
