Warwickshire County Council invites applications for a Customer Service Executive based at Eliot Park, Nuneaton, with regional travel across Warwickshire. The role blends front-of-house duties with marketing and operational support.
The successful candidate will handle enquiries, coordinate bookings, support onboarding/exits, and promote the centre through social media and stakeholder communications. A driver’s licence is advantageous.
Warwickshire County Council’s Business Centres are purpose-built to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the county. Strategically located throughout Warwickshire, we offer flexible, high-quality office and industrial space designed to meet the evolving needs of local businesses, from first-time office users to expanding enterprises, as well as onsite conference facilities and support.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors across our sites, supporting existing tenants and promote the Centres to attract new businesses. This is a varied role combining customer service, marketing, and operational support.
The vacancy is based at Eliot Park in Nuneaton but there is an expectation it to travel across the region as and when required.
You’ll play a key role in supporting Warwickshire’s business community and helping local enterprises grow.
