Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive in Kingswinford. This permanent, office-based role offers a salary of £27,000–£32,000 per year. You will be the first point of contact for customers, build relationships, and manage quotations and orders.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset, with experience in customer service or sales support. Training provided to develop sales skills.

Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5pm Office Based

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and people-focused individual to join our Internal Sales team.

This role would suit someone currently working in customer service, retail, hospitality, account management or an office-based customer support role who enjoys speaking with people and is looking to build a successful career in sales.

For us, attitude, personality and willingness to learn are more important than previous sales experience. We can teach our products and processes, but we’re looking for someone who is naturally positive, proactive and enjoys helping customers.
