Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage reception bookings, answer inquiries, and identify sales opportunities while hosting events and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment across our centres.

You’ll support various departments, from Laser Arena and Escape Rooms to karaoke rooms and children's parties. A friendly, proactive approach and reliable teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, energetic approach.
• Clear communication and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible evenings and weekends.
• Able to be approachable, helpful and detail oriented while working in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and manage reception bookings.
• Answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities.
• Host events and supervise activities across departments (Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, Karaoke Rooms).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
