Tenpin Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, respond to inquiries, and help drive sales while hosting events and serving food and drinks.

The role involves working across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke and children’s parties, with a focus on keeping the centre tidy and welcoming. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential, and energy and confidence in customer interactions are valued.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Be a proactive, helpful team player with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and Karaoke rooms.
• Assist with children’s parties and ensure high-quality customer experience.
