Job summary

Tenpin Dundee is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a fantastic guest experience across our entertainment centre, including bowling, Escape Rooms, Karaoke, Laser Arena and more.

You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events and serve food and drinks while keeping the centre clean and welcoming. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential, and a friendly, proactive approach is valued.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fully flexible including evenings and weekends.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage reception bookings and answer enquiries.
Identify sales opportunities and host events.
Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
Work across departments including Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke and children's parties.
Be efficient, proactive, friendly and confident in customer interactions.
