Tenpin Castleford is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-filled venue. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, spot sales opportunities, host events, keep the venue clean, and help prepare food and drinks.

You will work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke—delivering excellent service with a proactive, friendly attitude. This role offers development opportunities within a dynamic entertainment environment.
