Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom to deliver an engaging guest experience across reception, events, and concessions. You will manage bookings, answer enquiries, serve food and drinks, and help host activities across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and kids’ parties.

The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive and confident in customer interactions, with a passion for delivering top service in a lively, family-friendly venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and answering enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms, and children's parties.
