Job summary

Tenpin is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You’ll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, and hosting events across our centres.

You’ll work in a fun environment across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and party hosting, with a focus on friendly service, efficiency and teamwork. All training is provided and flexibility is valued, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic and positive attitude; full training provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and answer customer enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean.
• Work across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke and children's parties.
• Ensure a welcoming, smooth-running centre.
