Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Torbay is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for service users, families and healthcare professionals. You will handle around 80 calls daily, resolving queries and coordinating orders for delivery, installation and collection with our Driver Technicians.

The role requires strong communication, good attention to detail and competent IT skills with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment.
• Relevant telephone based customer service experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous administration and diary management experience.
• Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email.
• Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office programmes and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist and manage incoming calls, answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Co-ordinating orders to be delivered, installed and collected by Driver Technicians via phone.
• Order analysis by checking and identifying errors on online orders.
• Invoicing and entering of orders via the online system.
• General administration that supports daily activities and duties.
