Job summary

Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd in Leyland is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for service users, families and health providers, ensuring correct products are delivered and installed on time.

You will manage calls, book delivery rounds for technicians, keep client details up to date, handle emails and queries promptly, and support a patient-centered service with empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service focused role within a similar industry is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic when under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with service users, families, and prescribers.
• Book all delivery rounds in advance for Technicians and Service Engineers.
• Maintain accurate client and delivery details in the system and update notes.
• Relay requirements to technicians and warehouse for emergency jobs.
• Respond to emails, queries and complaints within set timeframes to high standards.
• Ensure technicians’ workloads are balanced and events are well distributed.
