Job summary

Confidential in Dartford is looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to deliver outstanding service to homeowners, manage defects, and coordinate engineers while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

You will be the main contact for homeowners, logging defects in the CRM, handling complaints, escalating issues to management, working closely with the customer service team, and reporting to the customer service manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within housing associations or housing developers.
• Experience logging defects and managing complaints using a CRM.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and engineers.
