Working closely with operational teams, maintenance operatives, contractors, and senior management, you'll ensure homeowners receive timely support and a first-class service throughout their aftercare journey.

  • Producing reports, meeting minutes and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinating work schedules and daily diaries for maintenance teams.
  • Assisting with payroll administration, holiday tracking and timesheet collation.
  • Supporting senior management with general coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with company policies and health & safety requirements.
About You

We're looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong IT skills and experience managing records and reporting systems.
  • The ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Experience within housebuilding, construction, property, maintenance or facilities environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
