As the face of the customer care function, you'll play a vital role in ensuring homeowners receive an exceptional post-completion experience. From coordinating aftercare appointments and managing snagging issues to liaising with site teams and contractors, you'll be at the heart of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
This is a busy and varied position where you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating defect resolution works, and ensuring all customer care activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with operational teams, maintenance operatives, contractors, and senior management, you'll ensure homeowners receive timely support and a first-class service throughout their aftercare journey.
You will take ownership of customer care enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, maintaining accurate records and ensuring customers are kept fully informed throughout the process.
