The role involves managing complaints, coordinating defect repairs, and ensuring timely escalation to management where necessary, working closely with field engineers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service within housing associations or property development is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls from homeowners.
• Logging and tracking defects and coordinating defect resolution.
